Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. The cheapest shipping method will be automatically selected when you complete your order.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We send products using Standard Parcel Post depending on size and weight. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 – 10 business days depending on your location within Australia (due to covid-19 there are some delays).

We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available. Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.

Due to restricted operating hours from Australia Post and courier/freight companies, we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

Pawfect Choice recommends you check your email and / or Junk mail for the dispatch information, tracking numbers & links. In the event of delayed delivery please contact the postal carrier or courier directly so we can continue to focus on fast dispatch & competitive prices.

Delivery Enquiries

If you have concerns about your parcel delivery, please contact us within 5-7 business days from dispatch. Any inquiries received a month after dispatch, may not be able to be investigated by the postal service.

Pawfect Choice ships goods Australia wide. However, at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.
